Silksong Skips Gamescom 2024 Despite Fan Expectations

Hollow Knight: Silksong's Absence from Gamescom 2024

Geoff Keighley, producer of Gamescom Opening Night Live 2024, confirmed the absence of the highly anticipated Hollow Knight: Silksong from the event, leaving fans disheartened. This follows a period of silence regarding the game's development.

Silksong's No-Show at Gamescom ONL

The Hollow Knight community's excitement surged when Keighley initially hinted at unannounced titles in the Gamescom ONL lineup. Speculation immediately centered on Silksong, given its prolonged absence from the spotlight.

However, Keighley later clarified on Twitter (X), stating definitively that Silksong would not feature in the show. While disappointing for fans, he reassured everyone that Team Cherry continues to diligently work on the game.
