Roselia Spotlight Hour Details:

This Spotlight Hour offers a double Catch XP bonus, providing a great opportunity to quickly level up. Roselia (#0315, Hoenn region) boasts a maximum CP of 2114, with 186 Attack and 131 Defense. It evolves from Budew (25 candies) to Roselia, then to Roserade (100 candies and a Sinnoh Stone). Catching a Roselia yields 3 candies and 100 Stardust. Roselia is tradeable within Pokemon GO and can be transferred to Pokemon Home.

Roselia's Strengths and Weaknesses:

Roselia's dual typing makes it vulnerable to Fire, Flying, Ice, and Psychic-type attacks (160% increased damage). It resists Electric, Fairy, Fighting, and Water-type attacks (63% reduced damage), with Grass-type attacks causing the least damage (39% reduction). Its optimal moveset is Poison Jab and Sludge Bomb, delivering 10.96 DPS and 99.91 TDO, boosted in Cloudy weather.

Shiny Roselia:

A Shiny Roselia is available, distinguished by its brighter green body and purple and black roses. Increase your chances of encountering a Shiny by using Incense and plenty of berries to ensure successful captures.
