Squad Busters is ditching Win Streaks! This popular mobile game is removing the win streak system, effective December 16th, to reduce player pressure and improve the overall gaming experience. While the endless climb for extra rewards is ending, your highest win streak will remain a permanent record on your profile.

Why the Change?

The developers felt the win streak system, while rewarding, added unnecessary stress and frustration for many players. To compensate for its removal, players who reached certain win streak milestones (0-9, 10, 25, 50, and 100) before December 16th will receive exclusive emotes. Unfortunately, coins spent on boosting streaks will not be refunded to maintain game balance.

Player Reactions:

The community's response is mixed. Some players welcome the change, hoping for a less pay-to-win environment. Others are less enthusiastic, particularly regarding the perceived inadequacy of the farewell gift.
