What's in store for current players? The January 3rd update introduces a map inspired by Mingle, a key mini-game from Squid Game Season Two. New playable avatars—Geum-Ja, Yong-Sik, and rapper Thanos—will also debut throughout January.

Special in-game events on January 3rd and 9th will allow you to unlock Geum-Ja and Thanos. And for those watching the show, there are additional rewards! Watching Squid Game Season Two episodes earns you in-game Cash and Wild Tokens. Watching up to seven episodes unlocks the exclusive Binni Binge-Watcher outfit!

Here's the January content calendar for Squid Game: Unleashed:

• January 3rd: New Mingle map launches alongside Geum-Ja. The Dalgona Mash Up Collection Event (until January 9th) challenges players to complete Mingle mini-games and collect Dalgona tins.
• January 9th: Thanos arrives with his own recruitment event, the Thanos’ Red Light Challenge (until January 14th). Eliminate players using knives to unlock this character.
• January 16th: Yong-Sik joins the game as the final character addition in this update.
