Star Wars Celebration announced that Star Wars: Visions Volume 3 will premiere on October 29, 2025, and also revealed a new spin-off series expanding The Ninth Jedi storyline introduced in Volume 1.

Volume 3 of Star Wars: Visions will showcase nine animated shorts from renowned Japanese studios, including Studio Trigger (Cyberpunk: Edgerunners), WIT Studio (Attack on Titan), David Production, Kamikaze Douga, ANIMA, Kinema Citrus, Polygon Pictures, Production I.G., and Project Studio Q.

Three episodes will continue narratives from earlier seasons: Kamikaze Douga's The Duel, Kinema Citrus's The Village Bride, and Production I.G.'s The Ninth Jedi.

Writer-director Kenji Kamiyama shared at Star Wars Celebration that Kara's story will continue in this new spin-off series, enabling deeper exploration of the expanded Star Wars: Visions universe.

Though details remain limited, we know Kara will return alongside Juro in Volume 3's 'Child of Hope' episode.
