Subway Surfers is celebrating its 13th anniversary this month, and SYBO has planned an epic global event for players. Starting May 12th, you'll embark on a thrilling globe-trotting marathon with Subway Surfers.

The Game Is Heading Back to Where It All Began!

The celebration kicks off in Copenhagen, where the 13th Anniversary update introduces fresh content in the Danish capital. But that's just the beginning. Subway Surfers is launching a new daily city-hopping challenge, allowing you to run through not only Copenhagen but also unlock up to 21 other iconic cities like Paris, Rio, Tokyo, London, Los Angeles, and Hawaii. To journey through these exciting destinations, you'll need to collect World Tour suitcase tokens in each location to unlock the next one.

This update marks the 200th destination in the World Tour series. Subway Surfers has been taking players around the globe since 2013. Currently, the game is celebrating Golden Week in Osaka, a city filled with neon lights, traditional elements, and exclusive content to explore. The newest characters, Saru and Oni Hime, are making their debut in Osaka. Saru is unlockable through the Season Challenge, while Oni Hime is available via a special offer. Originally launched on May 23rd, 2012, Subway Surfers has grown to boast 150 million monthly players and over four billion downloads worldwide. As the game marks its 13th year and 200th city, it continues to connect players globally through diverse local scenery.

From May 12th to June 1st, players can dive into bonus content featuring two new travel-themed characters, Loc and Stevie, along with new outfits, hoverboards, and rewards.
