Bam Margera's inclusion in the upcoming Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 has been confirmed, despite his initial absence from the announced roster. This news was shared by skateboarding media veteran Roger Bagley during a members-only livestream of The Nine Club skateboarding podcast, as reported by Video Games Chronicle.

According to Bagley, the game was "already done" when Tony Hawk reached out to Activision requesting Margera's addition. Initially told it was not possible, Hawk persisted, and Bagley credits the skateboarding legend's determination for making it happen. IGN has reached out to Activision for further comment on this development.

Margera, known for his skateboarding prowess and his role in the Jackass franchise, has faced significant public challenges with alcohol and substance abuse, including multiple rehab visits. He was also fired from Jackass Forever and faced a restraining order from director Jeff Tremaine due to alleged threats. However, recent videos of Margera skateboarding with Tony Hawk sparked speculation about his potential return to the game.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 is set to launch on July 11, 2025, and will be available on PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Developed by Iron Galaxy, the game overcame the risk of cancellation following the merger of the original developer, Vicarious Visions, with Blizzard.
