The Knight in a Storm Dream Patrol is located in the Shores of Last Breath area, Fagaceae Peninsula, east of Ragunna City. It's marked on your map with a crossed swords icon, visible after activating the region's Resonance Nexus. The quickest route is teleporting to the nearby Tacet Field (Sonata set drop location).
