Nintendo Switch 2: Release Date and Games

Rumors surrounding the Nintendo Switch successor have been confirmed with the official announcement of the Switch 2 on January 16th. While the announcement trailer showcased new features (including Joy-Con mouse functionality), specifics on specs, game launches, pricing, and release date will be revealed in an upcoming Nintendo Direct (scheduled for April 2nd).

The trailer confirmed backward compatibility for most original Switch games (both physical and digital).
