World of Warcraft Patch 11.1: Undermine and Beyond

World of Warcraft's upcoming Patch 11.1, "Undermine," introduces the subterranean Goblin capital city of Undermine, a sprawling zone packed with towering structures, narrow streets, and inventive gadgets. But the expansion goes beyond Undermine itself, adding several new subzones.

Key additions include:

• Undermine: The central focus, a vast underground Goblin city.

• Gutterville: A new subzone situated in the southeastern Ringing Deeps. Its maroon-colored areas suggest corruption by Black Blood, and it's likely to house Excavation Site 9, one of the two new Delves in Patch 11.1. It's expected to provide an access point to Undermine.

• Kaja’Coast: A Goblin encampment located on Zuldazar's southwestern coast, near Bilgewater Bonanza. This area is speculated to be linked to Undermine, potentially housing the drill-like tram showcased in the Warcraft Direct announcement.

These new locations, discovered via data mining by Wowhead, expand the scope of Patch 11.1 significantly. A map of Undermine reveals Slam Central Station as the likely entry point, featuring five terminals, hinting at further connections beyond Gutterville and Kaja’Coast.

While an official release date is pending, current projections point towards a mid-to-late February launch. However, the Public Test Realm (PTR) access is anticipated for early January, allowing players early access to explore these new areas.
