LoL: Wild Rift Patch 6.1: Ascending Stars is gearing up for a stellar launch later this month, set to revolutionize the game from the menus to the battlefield. Players will embark on a journey through the captivating Dual Nova galaxy, encompassing the Challenger’s Star and the Adventure’s Star.

Three new champions are set to join the roster, each bringing unique abilities that promise to shake up the meta. Ryze, the Rune Mage, harnesses immense Area of Effect (AoE) damage and can strategically reposition his team with Realm Warp. Nocturne, the Eternal Nightmare, thrives on sowing chaos with his Paranoia, plunging foes into darkness. Lastly, Zilean, the Chronokeeper, manipulates time, slowing down adversaries and even bringing allies back to life with Chronoshift.

Several champions are also receiving significant reworks. Garen's Courage will now scale over time, enhancing his tankiness, while his Judgment will be more effective at shredding enemy armor. Ambessa is transitioning from the jungle to the Baron lane, with adjustments to her damage and life steal. Minor tweaks are also in store for Diana, Fiora, Jax, Sona, and Kalista, ensuring a fresh feel to their gameplay.

Beyond champion updates, a new Bandle-inspired Rift will spice up non-Ranked modes, featuring Enchanted Gifts that emerge through portals during the laning phase. Mages are in for a treat with updated items, including the new Bandle Fantasy item that boosts burst damage, Hextech GLP800 that slows enemies with frost bombs, and Malignance that amplifies ultimate abilities.

Ranked mode is also getting a facelift with the launch of the Challenger’s Star, marking the start of a new season. Expect updates to the Ranked store and an easier path to earning seasonal rewards. Midway through the patch, the Adventure’s Star will unlock, introducing AAAARAM—a thrilling twist on ARAM with added augments and galactic visuals.

The Wild Pass will feature two breathtaking skins: Wondertown Twisted Fate and Battlecast Nasus. Twisted Fate's new look introduces an exciting new skinline, adding to the visual diversity of the game.
