Ciri, Geralt's adopted daughter, takes center stage as the Witcher 3 trilogy concludes. The teaser showcases Ciri intervening in a village's disturbing ritualistic sacrifice, hinting at a complex narrative. The situation proves far more intricate than initially anticipated.
A release date remains elusive. Considering the development timelines of Witcher 3 (3.5-4 years) and Cyberpunk 2077, and the early stage of Witcher 4's production, a 3-4 year wait is a reasonable expectation.
Platform exclusivity is unconfirmed, but given the anticipated release timeframe, a current-gen focus (PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC) is likely. While a Switch port was possible for Witcher 3, it seems less probable this time, though a potential Switch 2 release isn't entirely out of the question.
