Wuthering Waves' Version 1.4 Update: "When the Night Knocks" Unveiled

Kuro Games has released the highly anticipated version 1.4 update for their open-world RPG, Wuthering Waves. Titled "When the Night Knocks," this update plunges players into a world of mystery and illusion, introducing new Resonators, weapons, story content, and events.

New Resonators Enter the Fray

Two new Resonators join the roster: the enigmatic and flirtatious five-star Camellya, and the adorable yet fiery four-star Lumi. Lumi will be a permanent addition to the Afterglow Coral Store, while Camellya is a limited-time addition available during Phase I of the "End of the Lost Trailer" event.

Explore the Somnium Labyrinth

Version 1.4 introduces the Somnium Labyrinth, a challenging rogue-like adventure within the revamped "Somnoire: Illusive Realms" event. Players face perilous choices in this dreamlike yet unsettling realm, warned of impending darkness should they fail.

New Weapons and Customization

The update adds powerful new weapons: the five-star Red Spring (Phase I), and the four-star Somnoire Anchor. Phase II will introduce the Stringmaster and Verity's Handle. A new weapon transmogrification feature, Weapon Projection, allows players to alter the appearance of select weapons, including the Somnoire Anchor and the Formless Series.

Expanded Story and Echoes

A new companion story, "Forking Path Among the Stars," offers extended interaction with Camellya. The update also introduces a new Echo, Phantom: Inferno Rider.
