Wuthering Waves Unveils Phoebe and Brant as Next 5-Star Rinascita Characters

Version 2.1 of Wuthering Waves will introduce Phoebe and Brant as the next 5-star Rinascita characters. While their specific weapon types and elements remain unconfirmed, lore suggests Phoebe may be a Spectro unit and Brant a sword wielder. Both characters are expected to feature prominently in upcoming updates.

Following the successful launch of Version 2.0, which included the 5-star Glacio DPS Carlotta (currently available alongside Zhezhi until January 23rd) and the upcoming Havoc unit Roccia, developer Kuro Games has confirmed Phoebe and Brant's arrival via official Twitter announcements. The phased release suggests Phoebe's banner will likely debut in Version 2.1 Phase 1, with Brant following in Phase 2.

Further additions to the roster are anticipated, including Zani, previously hinted at in promotional materials. Additional characters are rumored, but official confirmation is pending.

Character Details:

• Phoebe: 5-Star, speculated Spectro unit. An Acolyte of the Order of the Deep within Rinascita, she's dedicated to her faith but possesses a cheerful demeanor.

• Brant: 5-Star, speculated sword wielder. Captain of the Fool's Troupe, a traveling Carnevale show, he maintains a relaxed exterior while prioritizing his troupe's safety.

Beyond the new characters, Version 2.0 continues to deliver, featuring a premium skin for Jinhsi and a free Sanhua skin obtainable via an upcoming event starting January 23rd. Version 2.0 is slated to conclude around mid-February.
