Bloodline Rules: Following a monumental year in 2024, the Bloodline has taken center stage in WWE 2K25, with Roman Reigns gracing the game’s cover and the Bloodline prominently featured in the Dynasty mode. In Bloodline Rules matches, it's an all-out brawl with no disqualifications. Victory is achieved through a pin or submission. These matches are notorious for interference by other WWE superstars, the use of props and weapons, and sometimes even incapacitated referees.

Intergender Matches: A long-awaited feature, Intergender Matches allow competitors from the men’s and women’s divisions to clash, adding a thrilling dynamic to WWE 2K25.

Underground Matches: A fusion of professional wrestling and combat sports like MMA, Underground Matches remove the ring ropes and surround the ring with other WWE superstars to keep the fight contained. Initially introduced on Raw, these matches have since transitioned to NXT.
