The protagonist, deeply connected to HAMA where they were born and raised, joins "HAMA Tours" as a "chief" to revive the tourism industry alongside their childhood friend, Daikoku Kawai.

Together, they plan package tours with the unique mayors of each ward, aiming to restore HAMA's glory. The narrative is enriched with mysterious happenings and a passionate commitment to hospitality.
