Story: A World in the Sky

Set in a post-apocalyptic world where humanity survives on floating islands in the sky, Ukishima Battle unfolds. Fueled by the need for a vital energy source ("solar"), conflict erupts, leading to the creation of machine soldiers and, eventually, a powerful dragon. A divine intervention introduces the Ukishima Battle, a contest held every five years to establish a hierarchy among the floating islands.
