For Mathematical Puzzle Enthusiasts

The Hanoi Towers, also known as the Towers of Hanoi, Tower of Brahma, or Lucas' Tower, is a mathematical puzzle consisting of three rods and a set of disks of varying sizes, arranged in a conical shape with the smallest disk at the top.

The goal is to move all disks from the left rod to the right rod using the minimum number of moves, adhering to these three rules:

  • Only one disk can be moved at a time.
  • Only the top disk can be moved to another rod, whether it is empty or occupied.
  • A larger disk cannot be placed on top of a smaller one.

The game progresses through levels. Once all disks are moved to the right rod, the current level is completed, and a new one begins. Each subsequent level adds an additional disk to the left stack, increasing the complexity with every stage.

Upon completing a level, an end-of-level dialog displays the following details:

  • The number of the completed level
  • The time elapsed to finish it
  • Whether a new time record was set
  • A 3-Star rating based on:
    1. Minimal number of moves
    2. Zero errors or mistakes
    3. Setting a time record

To win the game, players must complete all 7 levels.

At the end of the game, a results chart displays comprehensive statistics for all completed levels, including times, records, counts of correct and incorrect moves, 3-star ratings achieved, and the status of 6 possible achievements:

Achievements:

  1. The First 3 Stars: Awarded when the player earns their first 3-star rating.
  2. 3 Impeccable Levels: Awarded when the player achieves a 3-star rating in three consecutive levels.
  3. 4 Consecutive Time Records: Awarded when the player sets time records for three levels in a row.
  4. ¡Unstoppable!: Awarded when the player sets time records for five levels.
  5. Game Completed: Awarded when the player finishes all levels.
  6. Best Game Time: Awarded when the player completes the entire game in the shortest possible time.

We hope you enjoy this engaging mathematical game.
