Q1. I get the error: Can't install on USB or SD card
This error often stems from a temporary file lingering after installation. If it persists, try again with these steps:

1. Go to Settings and select Storage.
2. Find Unmount SD card and tap it.
3. Return to the Play Store and download the app again. It should work now!
4. After installation, go back to Storage and tap Mount SD card.
5. If possible, move the app to the SD card. Note: Some apps can’t be moved.

No SD card?

Try clearing the Google Play cache. Go to Google Play settings and clear the cache.

Q2. I purchased the app but can’t download it! Why?

This could happen for a few reasons:

1. You’re offline—connect to the internet and retry.
2. Ensure you’re logged into the Google Play account used for the purchase.
3. Try downloading via your network or Wi-Fi.
4. Check you’re not using a restricted profile.
5. If these don’t work and you’re sure you purchased it, contact us.
