Microsoft has announced the departure of eight games from its Xbox Game Pass subscription service, effective May 15, 2025. The titles set to leave include Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, Jurassic World Evolution 2, and Little Kitty, Big City, among others.

Xbox Game Pass offers a comprehensive gaming experience for Xbox and PC users, allowing subscribers to stream games directly on smart devices and consoles, access a vast library of games, and enjoy new releases on day one, depending on their subscription level. The following games will be removed from the service's extensive catalog:

• Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons
• Chants of Sennaar
• Dune: Spice Wars
• Hauntii
• Jurassic World Evolution 2
• Little Kitty, Big City
• Planet of Lana
• The Big Con

Following the departure of these titles, Microsoft is poised to unveil the second wave of the May 2025 Game Pass lineup.

In related news, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members have recently been granted a new benefit: the ability to stream certain games directly to their consoles without the need for downloads.
