Low FPS (frames per second) results in several heroes exhibiting significantly reduced movement speed and damage output! Given Marvel Rivals' demanding PC hardware requirements, this effectively transforms the game into a pay-to-win model, where the "payment" isn't to the developers, but rather for upgraded PC components.
This is clearly a major bug, not an intentional game mechanic. However, a swift fix isn't likely. The underlying problem stems from the Delta Time parameter – a crucial element in game development that ensures consistent gameplay regardless of frame rate. Resolving this complex issue will require considerable developer time and effort.
