General Changes

Let's kick things off with the core gameplay and interface updates. A new League Migrations button now lets you seamlessly transfer your character to parent leagues. Minions dying too far from your character will now respawn instantly nearby, and the level of Uncut Gems is now displayed in their name for easier identification. Equipped Charms now show remaining charges, making it simpler to manage your gear. Entering a map is now safer, as monsters no longer spawn right at the entrance. Item pickup has been streamlined, allowing you to grab loot even while performing other actions. Performance has been enhanced, particularly in shadow-heavy areas, with faster loading times, optimized boss fights, and smoother gameplay in The Ziggurat Encampment.

Skill Changes

Skill updates bring a new dimension to gameplay. Supercharged Slam's radius is now capped at 3 meters, and Scavenged Plating grants more stacks against tougher foes. Vine Arrow's description has been updated to clarify that it only hits enemies upon landing. Pain Offering no longer has the Aura tag, and skills in Meta Gems can't gain energy. Lightning Bolt has been renamed to Greater Lightning Bolt to reflect its origin from the unique amulet Choir of the Storm, with adjusted damage mechanics.

Monster Changes

Monsters from Essence Monoliths now have a delay before using their skills, with a significant boost to their Toughness. Certain bosses' hitboxes have been fine-tuned to better align with their visual attack animations. Over 40 visual and attack modifications have been made to various mobs, improving the overall experience without drastic changes to gameplay.

Endgame Changes

Endgame content has been enriched with four new Tower Map areas and an updated Lost Towers Map. The Arbiter of Ash boss fight now offers six attempts instead of one, with adjustments to its skills to increase challenge and fairness. Maps now feature checkpoints, ensuring encounters with at least three Rare Monsters per map. Monster balance has been tweaked in several areas, with Untainted Paradise doubling its monster count. More chests are scattered throughout some areas, and bosses appear more frequently, though the chance of a Map Boss dropping a Waystone has been reduced.

A surprising change to the item Original Sin now grants +17-23% Chaos Resistance instead of setting Chaos Resistance to zero.
