Halo Studios Switches to Unreal Engine 5 to Make “The Best Possible” Halo Titles

随着玩家对游戏体验的需求不断变化，工作室艺术总监Chris Matthew补充说，转向UE5使开发人员能够制作符合粉丝期望的游戏。“坦白说，Slipspace的一些组件已经有近25年的历史了，”他解释道。“虽然343一直在不断开发它，但虚幻引擎中有一些Epic已经开发了一段时间的功能，而我们在Slipspace中却无法使用——并且需要花费大量的时间和资源来尝试复制。”
